Our Founder & President

Launchpad is the brainchild of Agastya Rekhi, a 16 year old changemaker with a passion for promoting financial literacy and catalysing long term social impact.

 

He established Launchpad in 2023 with the aim to equip the future generations with financial literacy skills and knowledge that will enable them to be successful in the future. He aims to inspire more students to take up subjects like business and economics.

 

With a goal to share his passion for economics and business, and his desire to catalyse a social change, he focuses on helping the underprivileged who lack the resources to receive formal financial education.

 

He works with a team of incredible young people from around the world with the vision to empower every child through workshops, interactive programs, lectures, and activities in schools, public libraries, educational fairs educational institutions and much more.

 

By supporting the underprivileged, and providing them with resources and learning relating to different financial paths (Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, Entrepreneurship etc.), he aims to reduce educational inequality and better prepare them for the world of tomorrow.
